Yes. Safflower oil has a neutral flavour and is full of unsaturated fat (7.59 g polyunsaturated fat, 1.79 g monounsaturated fat). Oils rich in unsaturated fats may improve blood lipid profiles especially if they replace saturated fats, and generally lower LDL cholesterol more than butter or lard.
