After launching these two, we kept asking ourselves: What habit has the greatest impact on both sleep and fitness?

The answer became clear: FOOD!

Nutrition influences energy, focus, mood, recovery, sleep quality, and motivation. It touches everything. And yet, it’s where most people feel the most overwhelmed and inconsistent.

We knew our next step had to be about food, but not just any food plan or diet.

What we kept hearing, again and again, were real, human questions:
