FAQ

Enriched wheat flour usually means certain nutrients lost during refining are added back, commonly B vitamins and iron. Fortified wheat flour means nutrients are added to improve the flour’s nutrition.

“White” means the bran and germ have mostly been removed, giving it a softer texture and lighter colour. “Fortified” means nutrients have been added.
